Proofing

I mention this in the Introduction but I should explain here: these chapters are my notes. This is not a novel and so the whole site varies in the quality of proofing. Proofing is an ongoing chore and unfortunately it prevents me from adding other notes and collections of notes at this time. But I am working on it slowly but surely.
