I removed the CIA disclosure links that pertain to The Monroe Institute. The CIA is moving documents around at their site and broke their previous existing links. Maybe I’ll find the docs again and post them sometime in the future. There doesn’t seem to be a great deal of interest in this information so maybe not.
If you wish to investigate those documents, Google “cia disclosed documents about the monroe institute” or variations that include “hemi-sync” and you’ll find the disclosed documents.
